EasiKlip fasteners are pre-installed on each FusionPlank board to work with precision milled, interlocking butt ends for a solid and secure installation.
EasiKlip fasteners fit into precision milled slots in the adjoining FusionPlank plank.

The EasiKlip floating floor system is the latest innovation using solid hardwood flooring planks with a lay & lock clip system, which makes it the easiest hardwood floating flooring available. Combined with Gentry’s FusionPlank solid hybrid hardwood flooring, the installer can now be more efficient in installing the floor and can install it in more situations.
With the EasiKlip system, combining precision millwork with the lay & lock clip system already installed in factory on each of the floor planks, installation is as simple as position, give it a wiggle to finalize alignment, push down and close. The millwork on the butt end of the floor plank overlaps the butt end of the previously installed floor plank and the entire system locks together producing a beautiful hardwood floor.
The simplicity of the lay & lock clip system can make the floor installation so easy that it can be installed about twice as fast as any current floating floor on the market, making it the best choice for installers who make money based on square footages and the weekend DIY projects for homeowners.
Each of the pre-installed EasiKlips has 2 silicone beads in the areas where the tongue and groove of the floor plank meet, so the expansion gaps are automatically set as the floor is installed. The purpose of this ingenious design of the silicone beads is to minimize the squeaky noise and to control the seasonal movement generally associated with real wood floors.
The EasiKlip floating hardwood floors can be used in commercial and residential applications. They can be installed anywhere, above grade, on grade or on concrete subfloor in below grade environments. They can be installed on any existent hard surface floor covering materials; such as tile, vinyl, linoleum and old wood floors. In addition, they can also be installed over radiant heated subfloors.
The EasiKlip connectors are made of extruded aluminum and are pre-installed on the planks about 8 to 10 inches apart depending on the length of the plank. The clip securely locks into a pre-milled slot in the base layer in the FusionPlank planks. Since the slot is cut into solid hardwood rather than the plywood material in engineered flooring products, the connection is stronger and is less likely to suffer tear out under heavy load conditions or if disassembly and relocation of the floor becomes necessary.
The major benefit of the EasiKlip hardwood floating floor is simplicity. It requires no special tools, no nail, no glue, no hammer, not even a tapping block. All you need is a pencil, a tape and a saw for the corner and end cuts. Anyone can do it.
